With legal issues, it can be confusing where to start. Here are some frequently asked questions.

Where are you licensed to practice law?

I am an attorney admitted to the bar in the state of New York.

What if I reside outside New York or internationally?

As a US lawyer qualified in the state of New York, I do not opine on non-US law and I always recommend that non-US and out-of-state businesses also have local counsel review their issues and documents.

Can you notarize my documents?

Yes, I am also a notary public.

Are you a virtual attorney or virtual law firm?

While I do not operate a traditional brick-and-mortar law office, I would also not categorize myself as a virtual law firm. I also do not open client accounts online.

How will we communicate? Will my information be secure and confidential?

We can communicate via phone, email and in person. For in-person meetings, I have a regular meeting space in Midtown Manhattan where I prefer to meet clients. All of the information that you provide will be kept strictly confidential and secure.

What is your fee structure?

Depending on the complexity of the issues and contracts, I typically work on an hourly basis. Please get in touch and I would be happy to discuss how I may be able to serve your legal needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

I prefer Chase QuickPay, Venmo, check and bank transfers, however, if requested, I also accept credit card payments.
